Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project scope includes a new construction 2,900 sqft softball fieldhouse at Henry Clay High School. The award of the contract shall be made on the basis of the lowest and best bid in the interest of The Fayette County Board of Education. No bidder may withdraw his / her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and shall have the right to reject any and all bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. All questions during the bidding period shall be submitted via email to Abby Davis (integrity Architecture) at abby@integrityarch.com .All questions shall be submitted no later than eight (7) days prior to the established bid date. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 3-27-2023.
