This Project is for electrical infrastructure upgrades to the University of Saskatchewan's electrical utility, the Preston Substation. The Project will involve physical changes to infrastructure at the Preston Avenue Substation to convert from 72kV to 138kV as well as SCADA systems and protection upgrades. The University of Saskatchewan, as represented by Enterprise Procurement, is requesting Proposals for Construction of the Preston Substation Upgrades Project. Through this Request for Proposal and subject to the terms of this Request for Proposal, the University of Saskatchewan intends to identify the Proponent who possesses the skill, experience and resources to carry out the Project.
