Description of needs Studies of short-circuit, coordination of protections and arc fault ("arc flash"). These studies must be carried out every 5 years, on the items defined in point 2.7. All its items as well as the quantities requested in the price schedule must be completed within 5 years. Each study must be submitted to the project manager appointed by the STQ, who will accept the content. The studies requested must contain the following elements: Production of short-circuit study reports, coordination of protections and arc fault ("arc flash") signed by an engineer member of the OIQ. The arc flash studies will be carried out according to the IEEE-1584 standard for the evaluation of the incident energy of electric arc events at the various electrical equipment of the network and according to the CSA-Z462-21 standard to establish the Appropriate PPE and safe distances. Training (1 per study) must be provided at our premises in person or virtually (approximately 50/50) on flash arcs in electricity, their importance, their level of danger and the provisions to be made. (Trainings must last between 1h30 and 2h). Participants should obtain a copy of the presentation once it is completed. 3.
