In addition, the Owner expressly reserves the right, within the Owner's sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities, to issue post-Bid Addenda and re-bid the Work without readvertising, to re-advertise for Bids, to withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines and/or to take any other appropriate action.
