Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor shall rehab the existing electrical lift station system for the wastewater treatment plant. All electrical components shall be removed and replaced including control panel, junction boxes, wiring, grounding, and surge protection. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online for such information to Engineer not less than seventy two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The deadline to ask questions is 3/22/2023 10:00 AM CST
