Questions Due Date: Mar 8th 2023, 10:00 PM CST Request For Qualification (RFQ) The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as AISD, Austin ISD or the District) solicits responses to this Request for Qualification from firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for projects associated with the Austin ISD 2022 Bond Program and other capital improvement projects as needed. This is a Request for Qualifications, and the District will create pools of pre-qualified design professionals in service categories listed below. The District may extend any deadline in this RFQ by placing such notification on the Districts website. Individuals or firms responding to this RFQ may be called responders, proposers, vendors, or any other term to identify such entities as applicable. This is a Request for Qualifications for professional services. The District will award this RFQ based demonstrated competence and qualifications, and will select vendors from a pool to perform services on an assigned, as needed basis for a fair and reasonable price. Pool #1 AISD anticipates creating two pools under this RFQ. The first pool (Pool #1) will include selected Architectural firms with the demonstrated competence and qualifications sufficient to provide full scope design and contract administration services for the following comprehensive Modernization projects planned for the 2022 Bond program Pool #2 The second pool of professional services providers sought under this RFQ (Pool #2) will include multiple design professionals for targeted and other anticipated 2022 Bond projects, as well as capital improvement projects funded through other sources, including any available state/federal grant funds. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
