Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Simonne-Monet elementary school building. The scope of the project includes interior renovations, replacement of electrical distribution network and equipment, ceiling finish upgrades, repairs/replacement of light fixtures. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget cuts to the Quebec school funding system, the owner has put the project on hold for an indefinite period. It is undetermined now if or when the project may proceed to construction. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
