Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Clemson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Repairs to the curtain wall and roof system of Atrium. PROJECT LOCATION: 218 South Palmetto Blvd Clemson SC 29631 1. Exterior Wall Restoration (North, East and South Elevations) a. Replace elastomeric joint sealants at control joints, expansion joints, window perimeters, door perimeters and exterior wall penetrations as specified in Section 07 92 00 "Elastomeric Joint Sealants. At curtain wall system replace sealant glazing. Properly clean exterior elevations within scope. 2. Curtain Wall Replacement (West Elevation): a. Replace Curtain Wall system as specified in section 08 44 00 Curtain Wall and Glazed Assemblies, where indicated on drawings. b. Provide framing and finished to raise sill below curtain wall and replace parapet wall flashings where indicated in Contract Drawings. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contactor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range: $390,000 to $450,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
