Furnishing all necessary labor, material, and equipment for the repaving of roadways in the following areas: Montgomery Trace Subdivision Cypresspoint Lane, Nathanshill Lane, Chappelsquare Lane, Carrington Court, Harbortown Drive, and Loganfield Court. Harold Hogue Subdivision Thistlehill Drive, Woodwind Drive, Symbola Drive, Allegro Court, Creekside Drive, and Kosine Lane. Antietam Drive, Appomattox Court, and Shenandoah Trace. Alternate Seven Gables Trail repaving and widening the entire length of the trail from 6 to 8 feet wide. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guarantee bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, (the total of the Project) conditioned that the bidder shall, if their bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and their bid. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and Symmes Township as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. The successful bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. Bid bonds or Certified checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon our acceptance of the successful bidder's proposal. The BOARD OF TRUSTEES reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof. The Contract will be let to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder.
