Renovation of a mixed-use development in Forestville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Building Construction. b. Plumbing Construction. c. Roof Construction (Carlisle State Contract). d. Mechanical Construction (Trane OMNIA State Contract). e. Electrical Construction. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
