Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including wetlands and stream permitting, environmental compliance, environmental impact, regulatory permitting, evaluation and implementation of environmental justice requirements, water quality (VPDES) and HAZMAT investigations, aboveground and underground tank management, stormwater services, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and environmental health and safety services. These services shall be provided for an initial period of one (1) year, and Owner shall have the option to renew the Contract annually for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. All proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with environmental site assessments, regulatory guidance/programmatic support, jurisdictional wetland delineations, permit processing, preparation of environmental documents, groundwater and surface water quality analysis and monitoring, shoreline assessment and design, facility compliance support to include RCRA, resiliency planning, stormwater support and design, grant writing support, and GIS support. All Proposers shall have a local office within the Owner's service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide and manage the proposed services. *NOTE: Do not respond through eVA.
