Renovation of an educational facility in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Replacement and upgrade of existing lighting in main building to new LED fixtures and installation of fans in occupied spaces. Every request for such technical and design interpretation shall be in writing addressed to BBT Architects, 1140 SW Simpson Avenue #200 Bend, OR 97702. To be given consideration the request must be received by the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Bids. In General, the Existing Historic 1-story (With Basement) Elementary School Scope Will Include Replacement of All Non Led Lighting With New Fixtures and Add Ceiling Fans to All Classrooms.
