SCOPE: Design/Build Guaranteed Max Price Project. Design, Furnish and Install a 50Kw Photovoltaic System including but not limited to the following: Preparation of Plans to be submitted to the Architect for DSA submission; required code signage; installation of conduit to the main switchboard; demonstration battery; submittal of application to PG&E for net Metering and coordination with PG&E installation and permitting; Design Engineered Racking system complete with Structural Engineer stamped Structural calculations; Structural reaction forces for the structure for gravity, moment, uplift, shear, etc. with Structural Engineer stamped plans and calculations. PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL RPTS SUBMITTED ON LCP TRACKER ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT SUB BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
