Questions Due Date: Mar 31st 2023, 2:00 PM EDT Toho is soliciting competitive bids from qualified Contractors to provide a one-time berm restoration services for ponds to include re-sloping, re-sod, leaving a slope for tractor access, pull up and replace underground 12" PVC overflow pipes in each of the twelve (12) areas, located at Toho's Lake Marion WRF at 1001 Lake Marion Creek Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34759, based on the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. The Contractor shall coordinate with Toho's Representatives, who will perform inspections for Toho and verify that the work has been completed in accordance with the scope of services as scheduled and resolve problems/concerns that may arise. The Contractor shall be responsible for and verify all quality control actions to the Toho's Representatives as directed.
