Demolish existing city hall building. Construct new addition for City Hall, renovate the existing Police Station and construct associated site improvements. Extend existing elevator to serve new second floor space. ICS Construction Services, as a bidding general contractor, is requesting bids for the Ellisville City Hall & Police Station project from subcontractors and vendors. Written bids are due March 28, 2023 by 10:00 AM. Bids may be emailed to bids@ics-stl.com. Each bidder shall review all Bidding Documents, include all work shown on the respective bid categories, and include all costs for this work in their bid amount. Preparing bids from incomplete sets of Bidding Documents or without investigating the existing site conditions does not relieve bidders from responsibility for the entire project. ICS reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids. A performance bond may be required. Successful bidders will be offered a standard ICS subcontract.
