Levy County is seeking bids for the provision of purchasing an outdoor digital LED sign board, with a frame and stand for the Levy County Government Center. 23-11B The contractor shall furnish and/or install and/or construct all necessary items and equipment that meets the following scope of work for the purchasing of an outdoor digital LED sign board with a frame and stand to be installed at the Levy County Government Center, as applicable, contained in this ITB: Install frame and stand: Approximately 9' foot tall by 11' foot wide. Install outdoor LED sign: Single sided, full color, 10mm display approximately 4' foot tall by 8' foot wide. LED sign: Shall have the ability to create custom digital messages wirelessly. Contractor: The Contractor shall pull all necessary permits for the installation and/or construction. Warranty: All system components shall be warranted for a period of a minimum of one (1) year that shall begin after the County's written acceptance. All components of the LED sign shall be under warranty. The Contractor shall list and provide manufacturer warranties for all equipment being provided. Software: Web based software shall be provided. Training: Contractor shall train selected staff to operate the outdoor LED sign.
