The City of Urbandale , hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements: The FIRE DEPARTMENT TRENCH RESCUE TRAINING FACILITY shall include: o Cast in place reinforced concrete below-grade trench system. o Related items including grading, subdrains, and erosion control.
