Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in East Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The General Construction contract scope includes masonry repairs, interior painting, and passenger elevator modernization. The Site Work contract scope includes asphalt milling and paving. Box 5000 East Amherst, New York 14051-5000 The Bidding Requirements, Contract Forms, General Conditions, Specifications and Plans may be examined at the following locations No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashier's check, payable to the Owner, or by Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required in the full amount of the contract sum.
