For the following: ITEM 1 10,401 S.Y. MILLING OF ASPHALT ITEM 2 1,405 TON ASPHALT WEARING COURSE, 9.5 MM, IN PLACE ITEM 3 192 TON ASPHALT BINDER COURSE, 19.0 MM, IN PLACE ITEM 4 1,003 L.F. ASHALT WEDGE CURB, IN PLACE Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
