The Northbridge Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Colonial Drive Elderly Housing 667-2 Development for the Northbridge Housing Authority in Northbridge Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Resolution Architects. The Project consists of: Selective roofing replacement and attic ventilation upgrades. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Project consists of: Selective roofing replacement and attic ventilation upgrades. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Roofing replacement of four quadrants at three different buildings, using asphalt roofing shingles and SBS membrane roofing. 2. Removal and infill of existing passive attic vents. 3. Installation of new powered attic vents. 4. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
