Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, tools, and equipment for: Demolition and disposal of existing 226,000-gallon bolted steel ground storage tank, two (2) 10,000-gallon hydropneumatic tanks, existing filtration and clearwell system, and yard piping as shown on the drawings; provide fill and compaction to level grade and promote positive drainage. Installation of one (1) 226,0000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank and two (2) 10,000-gallon hydropneumatic tanks, including all appurtenances. Installation of yard piping, booster pump piping, including fittings, valves, and pipe supports. Power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat remaining yard piping that is to remain in place as well as booster pumps no. 1-3, suction and discharge piping, valves and appurtenances. Treatment system modifications, electrical system modification, SWPPP, trench safety system. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
