Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, as amended, it is the intention of the Robstown Independent School District (the "District") to select via the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP") process construction contractor(s) for the construction of the project described herein. Persons or entities submitting proposals are referred to herein as Offeror(s) and responses to this CSP are referred herein as "Proposals." Proposals are to include the information requested in Section III of this CSP in the sequence and format prescribed. In addition to and separate from the requested information, Offerors submitting Proposals may provide supplementary materials further describing their capabilities and experience. Offerors shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal.
