Replacement of forty-two (42) access ramps at 18 intersections in conjunction with the Public Works Asphalt Overlay program The City of Dubuque, Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Bid security must be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract and must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered bank Work on the Project must be commenced within ten (10) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued June 5, 2023, and shall be fully completed by August 4, 2023
