Reference number : 1695978 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 1 Supply of electrical distribution materials - Sainte-Famille Ville-Marie Pavilion (2023-029) The Abitibi-Témiscamingue Integrated Health and Social Services Center is issuing a public call for tenders for the supply of electrical distribution materials including distribution panels, transformers, circuit breakers, etc. The equipment described in the estimate will be pre-ordered by the CISSS de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue, a second call for tenders for the construction work for the installation of the equipment will be published later. The equipment must be delivered to the site no later than TWENTY (20) weeks following transmission of the notice of award and approval of the final shop drawings by the engineer. The earliest delivery date will be coordinated with the installation contractor. Bid guarantee: No bid guarantee is required for this call for tenders. Requests for equivalent products: The characteristics and description of the property sought by the public body are indicated in the Estimate. The tenderer may however propose during the call for tenders a good different from that requested, provided that the characteristics of this good are equivalent to or superior to those indicated in the Estimate. If applicable, If applicable, the tenderer may submit a request for equivalence to the public body in accordance with clause 1.04 of the Régie document. This request must be sent to the public body at least TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY (240) hoursbefore the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders. Any request for equivalence must include a descriptive sheet of the proposed property as well as any other relevant information.
