The selected company, after this RFQ process, shall be responsible for providing the following construction plans for the following project goals: 1. Plan to replace all existing irrigations systems. 2. Currently there is a water drainage system that directs rainwater to drain into the southeast portion of the turf area. There is a shallow retention area for the water. Incorporate the current drainage system from City Hall into a xeriscape area that includes education (watershed explanations), walking path, and sitting opportunities. May include gabions and other design features or circular drainage features. Can include an example of storing and utilizing storm and excess water at homes. This area may include a network of a trail. The xeriscape area can be extended to the sidewalk.
