A timeline for award has not yet been established.** MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCES 1671 GOLD STAR DRIVE WET LAB REMEDIATION SCOPE OF WORK The Work consists of the following: Selective demolition and renovation of existing spaces with the Prairie Ridge Lab Building. Rooms to be renovated include a meeting room, labs, and a storage room. Area of renovation is 950 sf, excluding incidental areas. Work includes new ceilings and lighting, demolition of existing casework and installation of new casework, improvements to HVAC, plumbing, and lighting, along with finish updates.
