Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rome, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat Project: The contractor is to furnish and place approx. 21,961 SY of asphalt seal coat, single application w/CRS-2, and approx 6,700 SY of asphalt seal coat, double application w/ CRS-2. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, and certificate of liability insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
