Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbia Cross Roads, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Columbia Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting bids for re-grading and paving of the parking lot at Bradley Hall located at 3290 Watkins Hill Road, Columbia Cross Roads PA 16914 . You must register for the site showing by noon on Thursday March 23, 2023. Call 570-297-2684 or email coltown ship@gmail.com to register. Scope of work includes removal of topsoil, placement of 2A, grading for adequate drainage and laying of asphalt. Approximate quantities as follows: - Removal of topsoil/placement of 2A - 243 square yards - Grade for adequate drainage - 2,237 square yards - Asphalt binder 537 tons - Asphalt wearing 135 tons Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. Bids awarded at the regular board meeting at 6:00 pm on April 3, 2023 All bids must be in a sealed envelope and labeled Bradley Hall Parking Lot Bid. The Columbia Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
