1. Pressure cleaning of all areas to include walls, piping, concrete pads, and all structures associated with IW#1 well, monitoring well#1, Marquee entrance, Guard Shack, bollards, and curbing. 2. Repairs to all concrete walls 3. Painting of all concrete pads, walls, piping, marquee entrance with signage, guard shack, curbing in yellow along all bollards around well pads and entrance (City will provide paint colors) 4. All concrete pads are to be painted with an epoxy-colored paint (City will provide paint color). 5. Responsible for installation of vinyl signage of all well piping's. 6. Vendor shall be responsible for all garbage disposals while work is in progress 7. Vendor shall include in the quotation and be responsible for including all incidentals needed to perform the work All questions shall be submitted in writing to Brittany Parchment at email address: Bjparchment@miramarfl.gov, Due by 5pm on March 23, 2023 The term of the contract will be for a period of 1 year, with an option to renew for additional 1 year term . The option to renew will be at the sole discretion of the City,and shall take into consideration the quality of service provided by the Provider. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any informality in a Solicitation process, to award certain areas or all of the Work to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as deemed in the best interest of the City.
