Renovation of an educational facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the Mechanical Electrical project and associated work at St. Josephs Catholic Secondary School. The CCDC2 2020 stipulated lump sum contract with supplementary conditions will be used for this project. The work consists primarily of the following (refer to tender documents for details): Installation of a new chiller within the school. All work shall be in compliance with the Ontario Provincial Standards Drawings (OPSD) and Specifications (OPSS). Questions and clarifications will only be received and answered via email. All questions or clarifications shall be submitted to dan.tackaberry@cdsbeo.on.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2023. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best qualified contractors to undertake these services.
