It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and all other appurtenances required to successfully complete the replacement of the boarding docks located at Port Charlotte Beach Park, 4500 Harbor Boulevard, Port Charlotte, Florida, 33952 Local License(s) required to perform the services for this project are Certified General/Registered General, Certified Marine, or Local Marine Construction. Discrepancies, omissions, or questions about the intent of the documents should be submitted to the Purchasing Division in written form as a request for interpretation no later than five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening (or shall be verbally addressed at the pre-bid conference).
