As requested by the Public Transit & Neighborhood Enhancement Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department"), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, "County") has issued this Request for Professional Services (hereinafter, "RPS") with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Consultants in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated or attached. The Consultant, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. Collier County is pursuing the design and eventual construction of a Collier Area Transit Operations Center and Maintenance facility to support the Collier Area Transit bus system. The project is intended to be constructed on the existing Collier Area Transit-owned property located at 8300 Radio Road, Naples, FL 34104. There is no alternate location for system operations during construction, so it is necessary that the construction plans should identify how bus operations will be maintained during construction as the ongoing system administration and vehicle maintenance is essential to the provision of service to the public. This RPS will result in an award for all design services associated with the Collier Area Transit Operations and Maintenance facility. This solicitation will be grant-funded and all grant provisions apply as specified within this solicitation.
