SPECIAL CONDITIONS It is anticipated that the Richland County Road Superintendent will be ready for culvert to be placed on or about June 13, 2023. Work shall include furnishing and installing culvert on bedding and footers to be prepared by others. Wingwalls, backfilling and grading work will be performed by others. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors for Work Type 20, Level One Bridge, are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of the award, and through the life of the construction contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
