The proposed contract is for silviculture surveys of approximately 4952.65ha with 2,044 plots. All sites are located within the Dawson Creek Timber Supply Area (TSA), access will be via truck, ATV or helicopter. Access roads are gravel or overgrown with vegetation. The contractor should expect challenging ATV access conditions into blocks via deactivated. Supervisors and workers will need to be familiar with these changes prior to commencement of operations. Such contracts will contain associated provisions required by and satisfactory to the Province regarding the foregoing, which may include provisions regarding mitigation measures for exempt personnel, compliance, enforcement, and the use of an attestation certifying compliance or presentation of a BC Vaccine Card by personnel. Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
