FD.CC.ON.862497.C86772 Request for letters of interest for architectural consulting services - for Valcartier Garrison and other sites (QC) In accordance with regulations, statutes, directives and professional associations of the province of Quebec, Defense Construction Canada seeks to establish a directory of expert consultants in rapid intervention architecture interested in providing professional services to meet the requirements of the Department of National Defense (DND) at Garrison Valcartier, Quebec, timely. A directory for the following professional services will be created: Architecture Note: Architects may be called upon to subcontract engineering services as part of certain mandates. The documents to be produced (plans and specifications, reports, etc.) as part of the mandates in this directory could be required in both official languages. Only firms that indicate in their response form that they have the ability to produce deliverables in both official languages will be considered for projects that require bilingual deliverables. Only applications from companies with offices located within a radius of 75 km from the Valcartier Garrison building (Rue de la Victoire, Bat 72, CP 1000, Succursale Forces Courcelette Qc G0A 4Z0) will be considered for inclusion in the directory. The value of the opportunities should be between $10,000 and $75,000 and should not exceed $100,000. The total amount of opportunities must not exceed $500,000 in value, for the entire duration of the directory. However, DCC does not commit to spending this amount or any amount. Security Requirements There are no security clearance requirements for listing. However, some projects may require a security clearance issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). For projects that will require security requirements, DCC will invite companies with a current security clearance that will be the next in rotation from the inventory. Process for call-ups: Companies will be selected in rotation and asked to confirm that they have the qualifications to meet the requirements of the opportunity. Once DCC is satisfied that the qualifications of the successful company are acceptable, it will proceed to negotiate a service agreement with the company. If an agreement cannot be reached, DCC will have the exclusive right to terminate negotiations at its sole discretion and resume the process with the next company in the directory. Codes, regulations, licenses, permits: The Consultant and its key personnel must comply with laws, codes, municipal regulations that apply to the design and, where applicable, review the design with the appropriate public authorities for the purpose of requesting and obtaining consents , approvals, licenses and permits necessary for the contract. This opportunity is not subject to trade agreements.
