Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition and removal of four (4) existing municipal well houses. Well pumps have been previously removed and the wells plugged in accordance with regulatory requirements. Work shall include abatement of asbestos containing materials, complete demolition, removal and disposal of masonry well house, roof structure, concrete foundations and appurtenant site features. Sites shall be restored upon completion of demolition. WAGES: Compliance with the federal Davis-Bacon Act is not required for this project. Addenda may be issued during the bid period. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the DropBox and including all addendum-related items and associated costs into the Bid.
