Richard Gray Master Plan is a $9-$15 million dollar improvement plan that CC adopted (2019) aimed at improving existing amenities within the complex as well as adding new features that will help provide additional services and amenities for the growing population of the City over the next 10-15 years. Improvements include street lighting, street scaping, trails, new fields, road resurfacing, new parking, parking improvements, gateway entrances, fencing, shelters and more. As the City sees record growth, the Commnity park has seen an influx in use and will need to improve to keep up with the current use as well as expansion efforts. The City's adopted master plan addresses these issues and plans for the needs addressed by the community within the plan. Project is included City of Hardeeville Fiscal Year 2024-2029.
