Work will be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. The work will consist of the following: (a) Fine milling; (b) Resurfacing; (c) Patching of existing asphalt pavement; (d) Placement of new pavement markings per MD MUTCD standards. A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration.
