Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Create a new plan for Roger Sherman Baldwin Park (RSBP) that would open the property to attract the public to hits harbor and water views that are currently blocked by its mixed use of park operations. The plan would call for the removal of the current Parks and Trees Building, create a new park gateway, create new green spaces and walking paths. To accommodate P&R needs, given the lack of town land to move P&R functions to, this project would move forward in conjunction with work at Holly Hill, to provide operational space for P&R and Highway. Plans currently include moving Highway staff currently on Old Field Point Rd (CTDOT leased land) to Holly Hill; moving P&R garden/maintenance crew to that parcel, P&R engine shop to Holly Hill - all to be completed to allow park reconstruction to then proceed. This project is in included in the Town of Greenwich FY 2024 - 2038 CIP.
