Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Salem, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide all tools and equipment required to complete this work. The contractor shall be responsible for disposing of all existing blacktop and base materials required during this work. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the methods of construction, supervision of personnel and construction, control of machinery, safety in, on, or about the job site and compliance with OSHA regulations. The contractor shall be responsible for meeting all codes that apply to the demolition, installation and completion of this work. The contractor shall be responsible for policing and securing the area and his equipment when stopping work for the day In the event of undiscovered conditions, the contractor shall stop all work and notify the client. As a requirement of sign-of at the project completion, the contractor shall file with the Director of Maintenance, all equipment and installation warranty certificates. Salem School District is soliciting bids for two replacement walkways leading from Salem High School parking lot.
