Q & A deadline: Mar 24, 2023 6:00:00 PM EDT The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, controls and accessories required to complete all heating, air conditioning, ventilating, plumbing, drainage, heat recovery, and other mechanical systems as shown on plans and/or described in these specifications, including miscellaneous items required to provide a complete and functional facility. B. Work shall include, but shall not be necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Testing 2. Balancing 3. Air distribution system 4. Automatic control systems 5. Air conditioning system 6. Plumbing systems 7. Roofing systems and flashings 8. Roof safety rail systems 9. Special systems C. The mechanical contractor shall provide all miscellaneous electrical work and control wiring for special systems where the wiring requirements are provided by the equipment manufacturers and/or suppliers, unless all of the required wiring is clearly shown on the electrical drawings to be provided by the electrical contractor.
