Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Multi-year Senior Center renovation project, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and heating associated with area improvements. The rehabilitation of the ground floor restrooms, ground floor activity room, first floor restrooms, administrative offices, first floor activity room, and a new exterior ADA access ramp have all been completed. The relocation of the kitchen and dining room to the opposite side of the building is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in spring of 2023. The next phase will include funds to upgrade the existing elevator and for design services to plan the remaining interior renovations in the ground and first floor. With the 100% grant funds now available, the remaining spaces can be designed as one improvement project (as opposed to piecemeal) which is planned for FY 23/24. The grant allows an outside consultant to be procured for design work to move the project forward. This project is in included in the Town of Greenwich FY 2024 - 2038 CIP.
