The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, travel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide three (3) Watchfire light emitting diode (LED) displays or compatible equivalents to be installed as direct replacements for three (3) existing Watchfire LED displays, including installation, training, and warranty to New River Community College.
