An acceptable Bid Bond, cashier check, or certified check payable to Bossier Parish Police Jury in an amount not less than five-percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount The Bossier Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as provided for in LA R.S. 38:2214(B) Contractor License Number shall also be clearly shown on the outside of the bid envelope. The successful Bidder must submit executed copies of the Non Collusion Declaration, Felony Conviction / EVerify Affidavit within ten (10) days of the bid opening. These items may be submitted with the bid. The attention of bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, Certification of non-Segregated Facilities, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements.
