Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rockville, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The estimated cost/classification of this project is within the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000 (Class C). This range is in accordance with project classifications established by the State of Maryland DGS. West Gude Drive Sidewalk Project is for the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the north side of W. Gude Drive between MD 355 and Watkins Pond Blvd. and other associated work as shown on the Contract Drawings and included in the specifications. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: o Remove trees and stumps; o Provide and maintain erosion and sediment control and tree protection measures at all times throughout the construction period; o Construct conventional concrete and pervious concrete sidewalk; o Construct concrete curb and gutter; o Construct storm drain structures and pipes; o Construct retaining wall structures; o Construct streetlight junction box, conduits and install/replace the streetlight poles; o Restoration of all disturbed areas; o Landscaping including the planting of trees.
