**As of April 21, 2023, project was awarded to Kieschnich General Contractors, awarded amount is $7,572,446.90.** Reconstruction in place (42,000 SY HMAC, 600 SY Conc.), 2" mill and overlay (12,000 SY HMAC), and chip seal (2,300 SY) of existing roadways. Remove and replace existing curb and gutter (4,000 LF) and installation of new curb and gutter (700 LF). Remove and replace various existing concrete items (3,100 SY). Installation of 6" water line (13,000 LF), 8" water line (1,900 LF) by wet connection, including bacteria testing of constructed water line. Accompanying work includes reconnection to existing services or installation of proposed services, gate valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances. Installation of 6" sewer line (8,200 LF), 8" sewer line (1,800 LF), 10" sewer line (900 LF), including bypass pumping of existing sewer facilities. Accompanying work includes reconnection to existing services, installation of 4' and 5' concrete manholes (standard and drop), complete or partially demolition of existing manholes, and installation of watertight manhole lids. Installation or removal and replacement of RCP culverts (900 LF, sizes vary from 12"-24") and the installation of 24" HDPE culvert (800 LF). Installation of 5' curb inlets, removal and replacement of 5' curb inlets, and removal and replacement of traffic rated 30"x18" grate inlets. Some work is within TxDOT ROW, to which a traffic control plan and permits shall be provided and implemented. An erosion control plan shall be provided and implemented.
