Renovation of a fire / police facility in Corsicana, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Corsicana Fire Department is soliciting proposals from eligible qualified firms for foundation repair/leveling at Corsicana Fire Station 4 located 3009 North Beaton Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110. Fire Station 4 is approximately 3,000 square feet. It is a 1-story slab that has an original structure and 2 add-ons. The add-ons have begun separating from the original structure. Additionally, there exists some cracks in the exterior walls and the apparatus bay floor of the original building. Firms wishing to bid this project are encouraged to come on site to assess the structure The City of Corsicana may reject any or all of the proposals on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in the accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful proposer against the City of Corsicana. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
