The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) with a Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the Chapman Garden project as specified in the Construction Documents. The scope of work includes constructing an enhanced garden space for the purposes of commemorating Thrasher Medical Students and Faculty. The space will include hardscape plazas, landscape and irrigation, minor plumbing, and minor electrical and lighting. It will, also, include improved seating areas and two alternates which are listed on the coversheet: 1) seating 2) under bench lights and electrical components. The Chapman Garden is located at the FSU Thrasher Building 1115 W Call Street, Tallahassee, FL 32306.
