As of May 1,2023 project is not awarded and it is still under review. For the portion of the Change performed by Subcontractors of any tier, the percentage mark-up on allowable actual labor and material costs incurred by all Subcontractors of any tier is Twelve Percent (12%). For the portion of the Change performed by Subcontractors of any tier, the Contractor may add an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the allowable actual direct labor and materials costs of the Subcontractors performing the change. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of: (a) cash, (b) a certified or cashier's check made payable to the District or (c) a Bid Bond, in the form and content attached hereto in the amount of not less than Ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s) and shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will execute the agreement within Five (5) working days after notice of award of the contract.
