The City of Newnan is seeking Qualifications from highly qualified firms experienced in On-Call Professional Engineering & Consulting Services to provide all personnel, materials and services necessary to provide professional Engineering & Consulting Services for various projects. The City of Newnan wishes to form a Partnership with a firm that can provide "quality and timely" delivery of projects. These projects will be locally funded utilizing SPLOST 2019, Impact Fees and General Fund and other funds as they come available. A question and answer period has been established. All inquiries must be in writing via e-mail to rhelton@newnanga.gov no later than 2:00 PM EST, April 11,2023. After this date, questions may not be answered. Requests for information and questions should be submitted to: City of Newnan Attn: Ronda Helton, Program Manager rhelton@newnanga.gov A Contract Agreement shall become effective as of the date of its execution, shall continue in effect for three (3) years with an option to renew for an additional one-year period contingent upon annual appropriations of funds by the City of Newnan Council. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
